Classical Ballet / Dancer

Group with solo Vlastimil Lejsek was born in Brno / Brno Czech Republic and began his dance training at the Dance Conservatory of his hometown. In 1998 he became a member of the ballet ensemble of the National Theatre Brno. In addition to contemporary music, he danced in classical ballets, the Fakir in La Bayadère, the friend of the Prince in Swan Lake, the French dance in The Nutcracker and the Gypsy in Don Quixote. Since the beginning of the 2004/2005 season he is a member of the ballet ensemble of the Staatstheater Karlsruhe. Here he danced the role of Hans Christian Andersen in The musician Renato Zanella, the Ifrit in Schéhérazade, Konstantin Levin in Anna Karenina, Count Paris in Romeo and Juliet and Carmen Sanchez in Ray Barra. His repertoire include sporty suite of Jaroschinski Ralf, Le Sacre du Printemps by Davide Bombana, nocturnes by Heinz Spoerli and the Hungarian dance in Christopher Wheeldon\'s Swan Lake.
