Ms. Lally received her training at the Timothy M. Draper Center for Dance Education before joining the Rochester City Ballet, performing as the Magical Doll, Russian, Dew Drop, lead Spanish and the Christmas Spirit in The Nutcracker and the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella. She was the original soloist in Jamey Leverett's Push & Pull and danced as a soloist in Inner Voices, A Common Thread, How to Break a Heart, Bravo! Colorado and LumaVoce. In August of 2006 she traveled to Sweden where she performed a self choreographed piece for members of the Swedish royal family. With her sister Katelyn, she performed Inner Voices in the gala opening of the CMAC in Canandaigua, NY and was a featured performer in Hoedown at CMAC with the RPO. Ms. Lally was chosen by guest choreographer Patrick Corbin to be in his new work Shady III, and danced as the Elegy Girl in Balanchine's Serenade. She attended the American Ballet Theatre summer intensive and was a Chautauqua company apprentice and was awarded full scholarships to the North Carolina Dance Theatre and the BalletMet summer intensives. Ms. Lally's numerous awards include the prestigious National Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts Merit Award in both jazz and ballet.
