Joined Tulsa Ballet in 2007 and was promoted to soloist in 2010. She came to Tulsa from Leipziger Ballet in Germany and attented the John Cranko Ballet School in Stuttgart, Germany, the Canada National Ballet School in Toronto with a full scholarship from Prix de Lausanne and Sun-Hwa Arts School and Hye Young Kim Ballet Academy in South Korea. She has trained with Paul Chalmer, Tadeusz Matacz, Deborah Hess, Julia Moon, Mi Song Cho and Hye Young Kim.

During her time with Tulsa Ballet, Cho has been featured in many roles including Jordan in The Great Gatsby and friends of Juliet and Street Dancer in Romeo & Juliet. Other ballets in Cho's repertoire include Nacho Duato's Romanso, Hans van Manen's Black Cake, Young Soon Hue's This is Your Life, Ma Cong's Blood Rush, Val Caniparoli's Vivace, Stanton Welch's Bruiser, Marcello Angelini's The Nutcracker, John Cranko’s Die Zahmung, Kenneth McMillan’s Elite Synchopations, Uwe Scholtz’s Bach Creation and Swan Lake.

Cho has won first prize at the Tanzolymp in Berlin (2005), first prize at the prestigious Prix de Lausanne in Switzerland (2002), a bronze medal at the Varna competition in Bulgaria (2001) and a gold medal at the Korea Ballet Competition (2001).
