Ghalem-Cherif Sabry


Classical Ballet / Dancer

French, born in Marseille. Sabry studied at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Danse of Marseille from 1992 till 1998. After his training, he integrated Le Jeune Ballet de France as a trainee. He joined then successively the Ballet of the National Opera of Paris, from 1998 till 2000, the Ballet of Munich from 2000 till 2003, the Het National Ballet in Amsterdam from 2003 till 2006 and the West Australian Ballet in 2006. During this artistic path, he has interpreted an eclectic repertoire including works of Rudolf Noureev, George Balanchine, John Neumeier, Jacopo Godani, John Cranko, William Forsythe, Petr Zuska and Paul Lightfoot.
He is a member of the Ballets of Monte Carlo from September, 2009.
