Since joining Les Grands Ballets, Robert Deskins has danced main roles in Kaleidoscope (Peter Quanz), Polyphonia (Christopher Wheeldon), Prince Désiré in Sleeping Beauty (Mats Ek), and the Stepmother in Cinderella (Stijn Celis). He also danced a pas de deux created for him in Four Seasons (Mauro Bigonzetti), and he improvised for 20 minutes in Minus One (Ohad Naharin).
Robert Deskins has also been featured in other works by Stijn Celis, Mauro Bigonzetti, Ohad Naharin, Shen Wei, Jean-Christophe Maillot, Jiří Kylián, Nacho Duato, George Balanchine, Gabrielle Lamb, Didy Veldman, Fernand Nault and Kim Brandstrup.
Before working for Les Grands, Robert Deskins danced lead roles in Lady Lucille and the Count, Romeo and Juliet (James Canfield), Agon (George Balanchine), Calcium Light Night (Peter Martins), There Below (James Kudelka) and White Noise (Trey McIntyre).
