Paratte Raphael

Classical Ballet / Dancer

Switzerland, Raphael received his dance training at the Conservatory of Music and Dance in Geneva, at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Lyon, then to the school of the Royal Ballet of Flanders in Antwerp. He joined the Ballet du Capitole in September 2005 he was promoted to soloist in the early half of the 2009-2010 season. It was especially noticed in the Chinese Dance Nutcracker (Michel Rahn), in The Taming of the Shrew by John Cranko (role of Hortensio), in the role of Head of the Gypsies of Don Quixote (Nanette Glushak), in Who cares? George Balanchine where he held the role of soloist and in the Grand Pas de deux from Corsaire . In our love of Kader Belarbi, it was a moving and convincing teenager. Photo: David Herrero
