Wang Qimin

Wang Qimin since 1999 Member of the National Ballet of China and is now one of its leading ballerinas. She danced many leading roles in classical and contemporary repertoire. These include the Ballerinenrollen in \\\"La Sylphide\\\", \\\"Giselle,\\\" \\\"Le Corsaire,\\\" \\\"Coppelia,\\\" \\\"Sylvia,\\\" \\\"Swan Lake\\\" and \\\"The Nutcracker\\\" as well as roles in works by George Balanchine, Harald Lander, Roland Petit, John Cranko and William Forsythe.
In 2004 she received a scholarship from the French government for her skills at the Paris Opera Ballet to deepen further.
Her awards include a Special Prize at the International Ballet Competition in Paris (1998) and the first Prize at the International Competition in Moscow (2004).
