Jennifer Kronenberg, artist. Jennifer was born in Queens, New York where she trained with Teresa Aubel, Nicholas Orloff, Norman Walker, and Barbara Walczack. She continued her studies on scholarship at the School of American Ballet before joining Miami City Ballet as an apprentice and where she is now a principal dancer. Ms. Kronenberg dances many roles including Balanchine's "Rubies", Who Cares?, AllegroBrillante, Duo Concertante, Sonatine, Flower Festival, and Steadfast Tin Soldier, as well as Grand Pas Classique, CoppéliaPaquita, and Black Swan Pas de Deux. She danced at the Kennedy Center Honors in 1997, and at the Jacob's Pillow, Aspen Festivals, Torino Danza Festival in Italy, and the Kennedy Center’s International Ballet Festival. Ms. Kronenberg was one of four ballerinas to dance the role of Giselle in the Company Premiere. This is her third season with NOBT.
