Classical Ballet / Dancer

Hemmi started his training in classical ballet when he was 6 years old. He was admitted to AM Students and studied classical ballet under Maki Asami and Mitani Kyozo. He then entered Tachibana Akiko Ballet school and continued studying. Since he joined AMBT after finishing the school, he has danced leading roles in Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, La Fille mal gardée, The Three Musketeers, Nutcracker, The Tales of Hoffmann, and Notre Dame de Paris, and also numerous featured roles such as Prince Paris and Benvorio (Romeo and Juliet), Sapphire Fairy and Bluebird (The Sleeping Beauty), Pas de trois and Spanish Dancers (Swan Lake), Espada (Don Quixote), and a soloist (Serenade, Birthday Offering and Duke Ellington Ballet), and Phoebus (Notre Dame de Paris). He has also performed in numerous productions of New National Theatre Tokyo as the leading roles in Swan Lake, The Sleeping Beauty, Nutcracker, Giselle, Cinderella, Don Quixote, La Bayadère, and La sylphide.
