Hannah Beaver (Pittsburgh, PA) began training at age seven, under the instruction of Doris Singer Kokoski and Darci Kokoski. In 1997, she entered Ballet Magnificat!’s Trainee Program where she performed with Ballet Magnificat! II. She was promoted to company apprentice in 1999 and became a company artist in 2000. In the spring of 1998, Hannah premiered as a choreographer for the company with the movement Anybody Out There, in the collaborative contemporary work Basic Instructions (1998). Later works include Selah (2003), ReaLife (2003), and The Narrow Road (inspired by John Bunyan’s classic allegory, A Pilgrims Progress) (2008). In 2008, she created a movement entitled My Soul Rejoice and Sing for Belhaven College’s outreach ministry ensemble. Hannah has taught master classes throughout the United States in addition to Singapore, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Greece, Germany, and Mexico. Hannah is thankful to serve the Lord Jesus Christ alongside her husband, P.J. Beaver, who serves as the Tour Director for Ballet Magnificat!
