Classical Ballet / Dancer

Erica began her early dance training in Missoula, Montana. At age fourteen she accepted a scholarship to North Carolina School of the Arts (NCSA), where she trained with notable teachers including Melissa Hayden, Warren Conover, and Nina Danilova. After two years at NCSA, Erica accepted a full scholarship to San Francisco Ballet School’s Professional Program, where she danced in Company productions of Romeo and Juliet, The Nutcracker, Don Quixote, and Balanchine’s Who Cares?. As a company member with Colorado Ballet, Erica performed in The Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Camargo, Who Cares?, and Cinderella. Since joining Ballet Arizona in 2009 Erica has performed in Swan Lake, Ib Andersen’s The Nutcracker, and Play. In Ib Andersen’s The Sleeping Beauty she was featured as the Songbird Fairy and Red Riding Hood. Erica’s Balanchine repertoire with Ballet Arizona includes Divertimento No. 15, Stravinsky Violin Concerto and The Four Temperaments.
