Dmitry Leshchinskiy is Russian. He completed his studies in dance at the prestigious Vaganova Academy in St. Petersburg, before moving in 1997, the Kirov Ballet. Then, he was successively engaged in the Leipzig Ballet, the Royal Swedish Ballet and the Ballet du Capitole. Among the latest solo roles he has interpreted, we include the Bronze Idol in La Bayadère Natalia Makarova, the Pas de quatre in Kazimir's Colours by Mauro Bigonzetti, Benno in Swan Lake by Peter Wright ... not to mention the Double Concerto of Christofer Hampson and Allegro Brillante Balanchine. During his seasons in Toulouse, we have noticed in the Sylphide (Gurn) of A. Bournonville, The Three Musketeers (Aramis) to A. Prokovsky, Brahms-Schoenberg Quartet by George Balanchine, Nine Sinatra Songs by Twyla Tharp and in two ballets by Michel Rahn, Alice in Wonderland in the role of the March Hare and The Nutcracker in the Spanish dance.
