Candice is a principal dancer of Ballet Philippines. At a young age of 4, Candice started dancing under Pamela Ortiz and Josette Salang. Later, she was mentored by Brezhnev Larlar and Noordin Jumalon at the CCP Dance School until she entered the portal of the Philippine High School for the Arts, where she honed her craft under the expertise of Nonoy Froilan, Victor Ursabia and Ronilo Jaynario.

At age 13, she was a semi-finalist at the 8th Asia Pacific Ballet Competition in Tokyo, Japan. Three years later, she made it to the finals. In 2003, she graduated in Philippine High School for the Arts with High Honors and an Artistic Excellence Award. In college, she was a scholar and a consistent Dean’s Lister of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde where she took up Bachelor of Performing Arts major in Dance.
