Classical Ballet / Dancer
Sydney born Bridgett started her early training at The McDonald Performing Arts College and gained extensive performance experience with The Premier State Ballet, including dancing as a soloist in the ballet Paquita at the Sydney Opera House. Bridgett completed her training at Birmingham Royal Ballet School,(UK). During this time she was invited to perform in Flowers of the Forest (ch. Bintley) with Birmingham Royal Ballet during their visit to Tokyo, 2007. Graduating with a Diploma in Dance and Professional training in 2007, Bridgett joined Vienna Festival Ballet in 2008, and went on to perform soloist roles such as Princess Florine and Lilac Fairy Sleeping Beauty, Snow Queen Nutcracker, Friends and Bethrothal Pas de Deux Coppelia and ‘Big Swans’ Swan Lake. In 2009 Bridgett performed in the winter season with Ballet Ireland, she performed soloist roles in Cinderella/Lyric Suite (ch. Michael Corder). In 2010 Bridgett joined and performed in Swan Lake with The English National Ballet Company at The Royal Albert Hall, London. Returning to Australia Bridgett has just completed a season of ‘Rigoletto’ with Opera Australia, Sydney Opera House, and now joins the Melbourne Ballet Company for Project Eight.
