Annie Jean Shreffler has danced in classical and contemporary works such as Limb\'s Theorem III (William Forsythe), Signals (Merce Cunningham), Scotch Symphony and Violin Concerto (George Balanchine), Les Sylphides (Mikhail Fokine), Sir Isacc\'s Apples (Eliot Feld), Working Memory (Susan Marshall) and Missa Brevis (excerpts) (José Limón) and Deuce Coupe (Twyla Tharp).
During her studies at the Juilliard School, she also worked as an original member, dancer, choreographer, and tour administrator for a new company in New York called Public Dance Theatre.
For Les Grands Ballets, she has danced in The Nutcracker (Fernand Nault), The Queen of Spades (Kim Brandstrup), The Rite of Spring (Stijn Celis), Sleeping Beauty (Mats Ek), Four Seasons and Cantata (Mauro Bigonzetti), among others.
