Alex Lantz began his dance training at age seven at the Rockford Dance Company in his home town of Rockford, Illinois and was accepted into the RWB School in 2006 at age 17. Recipient of the Arnold Spohr Scholarship and the Daimler-Chrysler Scholarship, Lantz has had a variety of performance opportunities. He danced the roles of “Prince Charming” in Cinderella and “Franz” in Coppélia with the Rockford Dance Company, and this past April was a guest artist in RDC’s Sleeping Beauty. He has also been featured in many RWB School performances, including Pas de Quatre by David Moroni and the roles of “Alain” in La Fille Mal Gardée and “Gamache” in Don Quixote.
