Ballet de Cámara del Estado de Morelos
The Chamber Ballet of Morelos, is the first professional ballet company, born in and for the state of Morelos. It was created in 2002 under the direction of the MSc. Martha Pimentel, former Prima Ballerina of the National Dance Company of the INBA, and the MSc. Martha Ketchum, a specialist in Movement Analysis Laban Institute in New York and currently Director of the Cultural Institute of Morelos. The Chamber Ballet of Morelos, has the support of state government, through the Institute of Culture Morelos, and the National Council for Culture and the Arts, which allowed him to be recognized as one of the artistic groups at the national level that meets the high standards of quality and professionalism. Over four years of work, has carved out a wide selection of works, among which are fragments of classics such as Paquita , Romeo and Juliet , Swan Lake , Don Quixote and Esmeralda .
